Sweat like you have never sweat before. The zumba class is soooo much fun. High energy and the best chcoreography to music you will love. They have R.E.D. Warrior class whic is my favorite. It has a mind body connect and fits all fitness levels. They have classes for everyone. When you walk in the door everyone greets you and it is welcoming. Definitely check out Zone Z Fitness!
