The 10 years I have known Yasu, one constant has been his dedication,discipline and ,focus on the quality for the work he does. I see that reflected in his venture "Prep2Fuel". I had the privilege to taste variety of his preparations ranging from breads, appetizers and ,entrees with and without meat. The meal is high quality healthy , full of flavors and filling at once. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who likes healthy yet tasty food hassel free!! Must try it.

I have had 5 of Yasu's offerings and each one has been incredibly delicious. He chooses only the best ingredients for the entrees I have had. Having known Yasu for 25 years as my fitness coach, I am aware of his work ethic and his desire for his clients to enjoy healthy lifestyles which, of course, requires eating the right foods. I would highly recommend each meal I have had which has included wild salmon, beef stew, spicy turkey wrap, herbed pork loin. The red wine fig bread with one of the meals was amazing.
Prep2fuel provides an easy way to eat well and eat smart. The meals are tasty, fulfilling, and very healthy. Yasu uses a lot of herbs and spices that I previously shied away from, but now I’m inspired and encouraged to use them in my own cooking. From meatloaf to chicken noodle soup to spaghetti squash, the meals were delicious and packed with nutrition. I highly recommend Prep2fuel!!
Prep2Fuel meals are nutritious and tasty, carefully prepared and ready to heat! The flavors are great with an amazing combination of healthy proteins and veggies. There is plenty to eat and each meal is unique and different. I would highly recommend to anyone!
