When Zone was created in 2014, Ben and Danielle Marciano wanted to create a gym that would help bring people together, that would change lives, and that would strengthen our community. When people come into Zone, we want it to feel like a family setting. Our goal is that we are never intimidating, but that we are always accepting and encouraging to everyone. We want Zone to be a place where people can belong. We really are a gym where fitness becomes family!

The wet sauna and nearby cold plunge pool were awesome and very therapeutic. The showers and locker room were clean and orderly. The new exercise equipment is professional athletic quality. A top tier fitness and health club such as Zone Fitness East and West are equal to some of the beautiful and impressive health clubs I used to belonged to years ago in Los Angeles. Nice gym, but they need more 5s, 10s, and 25 lb plates, as well as a military press rack
