Zone Fitness in Plymouth is the best gym you could train at within the southwest. It’s in another league compared to the sausage factory pop up gyms across the UK. The quality of kit is simply fantastic and they offer a huge range to suit all abilities. The atmosphere is great and very welcoming regardless of ability. The staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been a member of Zone Fitness for a few years now. I'm unable to fault the facilities, staff, and community in the gym. The equipment is second to none and has everything you would need. The staff are always there to encourage, support and push you to achieve your goals. The general feel in the gym is always a good one. Amazing! Supportive! Fantastic! There is no words for what you get when joining the zone fitness family. You are welcomed by the team Who accommodate by finding ways around work hours, online support and at times even a hug if needed. The nutrition information helps to understand why we need to eat what we do. The classes are varied and the PT instructors can change exercises making them fit with all abilities and injuries.
