Just tried to call to inquire about family plans and was hung up on..... Edit post response and phone call: Owner seems cool - I did 100% call this morning to talk, heard background noise when the phone was answered and was indeed hung up on. Hate to say it, but that's true. The owner spoke with me candidly and was happy to explain how their options could pan out. Not my favorite, but its a business - they're choice is their choice. So I'm going up to 4 stars for now and hopefully can change that again soon.

NEVER GO TO THIS GYM!!! PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I followed all procedures to cancel my membership with this gym, and they still attempt to charge me every month. Even after a year later, they still are attempting to charge my account after I closed it (Definitely fits the description of harassment). The owner threatened to send this imaginary bill that I “owe” them to collections. Great gym and it's a good fit for me. I like to do my own workouts using the large variety of equipment available. The equipment is clean, not like some of the other local gyms and people take the time to wipe down after each use. I've been going there well over 5+ years and had to freeze my membership a few times due to injuries or medical issues. They are great to work with and a very friendly staff.
Solid locally-owned gym, but avoid recurring charges Pros: Zone offers well-maintained, clean equipment in a spacious environment. Good personal trainers (Josh is great, especially if you’re interested in weight lifting). Convenient hours of operation. Cons: Zone's recurring charge cancellation process was overly-cumbersome, required multiple daytime visits, and took multiple months to properly cease billing.
