My experience with Zone Fit Nola has been great. I saw an immediate improvement in my physique after spending about a month and a half doing weekly classes. I purchased a package of classes through the mind-body app on the App Store and would use a class from the package each time I would do a class. The classes are around 50 minutes long (I'm not counting) and the music is not too loud or too soft. They mix it up too.
