What the hell have these guys been doing the past 18 months? It’s turned into an absolute joke. Why bother even paying for a membership here at this point when they don’t even have their own gym? The fact they even retained the clients they did when they moved the first time was a miracle in and of itself, especially conserving you had to pay for parking and it effectively doubled the price. Initially I was super excited to join this gym. Unfortunately, they moved locations and went to a temporary spot. I canceled due to lack of amenities in the temporary location. When I signed up I paid first and last month to avoid being on a contract. When I canceled my membership I was told I owed for another month on top of the last month I already paid for. I am all for paying for what I used but this is unacceptable. I would not recommend.
WARNING!! This business is on the edge of bankruptcy and does not pay tax and will be seized. ZONE will steal your money. See local 9 news story for verification The 3rd party billing vendor peak payment solutions will not stop charging your ACH checking account or provided credit card. Zone will "transfer" your membership to another vendor gym that does not even need to be a ZONE Athletic Club and will still charge your account.
