Lots of issues with equipment failures and no answers. Slow to help and respond.. They talked us into "RENEWALS" due to an update and all that happened is they locked us into a new 2 year agreement for more units than we needed and now we are stuck paying for 15 units we do not need and they will NOT take it back or take it off our billing! VERY dishonest company! BE AWARE! I am hiring an attorney next.
