The apartment is nice for the proximity to the university but I would argue that that’s all of the benefits. The management is fairly difficult to coordinate with and they don’t give you all of the information you need when you move in. The apartments themselves are a bit older and have various issues in that regard. Overall I did not appreciate the increases in prices for rent and laundry when the facilities were not all that great.
