This program has been one of the most disorganized and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a serious lack of communication and clear guidelines — they don’t email you in time about scheduled face-to-face meetings, and when you miss one because they failed to notify you, they charge you $20 and blame you for it. A pretty straightforward and simple program, the zoom education is easy and provides quite a good bit of useful information. They provide a pretty simple course that is very easy to complete if you can show up on time every week. The staff are all very helpful and all a pleasure to work with. A pretty straightforward and simple program, the zoom education is easy and provides quite a good bit of useful information. They provide a pretty simple course that is very easy to complete if you can show up on time every week. The staff are all very helpful although some of them could definitely work on their attitude and body language, the in person office feels very depressed and dark, need some more smiles and bright colors in there for sure.

The people that work there truly care and want to help. Sometimes that means saying things people don't want to hear, which is another reason I'm sure they get such bad reviews. Yes they are strict about missing class... read more
