Removed Popcorn ceilings and mold from my old house. They seald the whole house keeping clean areas clean, testing the air quality after the removal to make sure you are safe. If you are looking for a real remediation company this is who you call. This is difficult work and takes time, my 1000 square foot house took 3 weeks to get cleaned and clear testing so brace yourself for being out of your home for what might be a significant amount of time. I have nothing but positive feedback for ZonaRestoration and Shane LaCour. I contacted Zona after my condo had water damage from the condor above me. I needed an estimate for the insurance company and Shane stepped in and assisted me. Unfortunately I was not able to continue with Zona (due to the insurance company and the mitigation company from the upstairs condo). Shane never stopped checking in and seeing how him and Zona can help with the insurance process. Highly recommend them

Writing my full review now here since the job is getting done today. John D, who was in charge in removing the water damage in my ceiling, was great and very knowledgeable. Later on, I got to work with Marli and Shane. I never had a problem with communication with them and they were easy and great to work with.We ran into an issue about what email to use to send the upstairs owner the invoice, but everyone was easily reachable and quick to resolve. Zona Restoration has been very responsive to our recent water intrusion. John contacted us and was on the scene quickly to give us an evaluation and present recommendations. John is always very courteous and accommodating, working quickly through the problem. Tonia at the office is also very nice and helpful. I will update as the work progresses.
