A nightmare experience. Choose another company or don't say I didn't warn you. We had a leak in our home and our insurance company told us to use Zona Restoration. They had great reviews, though, not great for us. First thing was we were required to pay 85% of the project cost upfront for some reason. This was the first red flag, and things just got worse from there. I feel that everything they did was done quickly and shoddily. Chris was the person who came over to inspect my home. He was super nice, patient, and educational! A lot of things I did not know about mold, air quality, etc., that seem pretty simple now but honestly can go right over your head as a homeowner. The small things can make the most impact though and I appreciate him for sharing his expertise to make my life easier

Santana and Liam are doing a great job repairing a shower leak at my home. They are professional and thorough. This situation has felt a bit overwhelming and they have eased my anxiety. They really know their stuff and I'm grateful for their hard work. This is the second time we hired Zona for water related damage. We hired them this time around because of their excellent work the first time - and that has remained consistent. Highly recommend!
