I’ve been ordering here since before the name change and the problems persist. When I get the food, for the most part it’s good. I’ve been able to pardon missing veggies or being charged for extra tofu on the pho and getting the standard amount because I know how hard it is to work in the food and hospitality industry. However this is the third time in a couple months since I don’t eat out often, that when I order for my husband and me, they outright don’t include the pho at all. Food was good portions as well. The only issue was the service and the attitude not so friendly. I’ll give it another shot if I’m in the area.
The food is delicious. I appreciate that they have vegetarian dishes. Maria was alone today, and she went above and beyond to make sure every guest was taken cars off. Kiddos to Maria 🫶 pobresita!! (And kuddos to the cook). They had a line of people waiting to order and all the tables were busy, yet Maria handled it with grace and patience with out compromising customer service. Thank you so much Maria.
I have tried this place many times and have been disappointed every time this last time I spent over 25 dollars on just a bowl of meat and rice with a lemonade only to find a black curly hair in my food, the service was terrible and always has been every time I come in there’s always teenage girls as cashiers giggling in the back and have even watched them sit there and try to make each other be the one to take my order, i’ve never been rude or even complained but the lack of respect for customers ontop of the HAIR in my foo... read more
I’m came from CA moved to AZ about years ago. In California, all Vietnamese Pho restaurants have Vietnamese people cooking in the kitchen, and the food is very distinctive and delicious. Yesterday, I went to this restaurant and ordered stir-fried beef with vegetables. While waiting, I saw two Mexican people in the kitchen.
