Don't go to this place they book appointments as if is up and running. The shop is closed I pay 400 dollars to color my hair,braid and add extensions. The date of my appointment I waited for an hour and half and the next day I went againg and nothing 🤬 It's a SCAM!!!!!

SO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY HAIR DONE FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I LITERALLY SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT A MONTH AGO BECAUSE MY BDAY FALLS ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND AND SALON ARE USUALLY CROWDED. I RECEIVED TEXT STATING MY APPOINTMENT WAS ACCEPTED AND THE DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER TEXT ASKING TO CONFIRM SO I CONFIRMED. I LEFT WORK EARLY ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT JUST TO MAKE SURE I'LL MAKE IT ON TIME. I GET THERE AND THE CURTAINS ON THE WINDOW WAS DOWN AND ON THE DOOR. If I could give them 0 stars I would, they are very unprofessional. I’ve made two appointments in the last two days and they have both been confirmed but the store is closed. They say that they “care” about their customers but I’ve called and emailed and I get no response. If the store is closed that’s fine but why haven’t you changed your hours on your site or why are you confirming appointments when you aren’t going to get to them? A waste of time that I will never get back.
