Not a positive experience as a recent tenant. The townhomes are very old and outdated- even though small things may have been updated. There is a lot of traffic on the street which makes parking difficult. Noise from other neighbors is an issue, especially dogs barking and traffic from the cross streets of Sepulveda & Saticoy. Neighbors pretend to be friendly when they are really nosey and judgmental, especially if you're young and live an affluent life.
