Was my first experience at Zolman’s and will definitely be coming back for any future service needs! Staff was friend, knowledgeable, and caring. Helped to get my car in the shop quickly, provided great updates, and phenomenal service. I knew the code the car wash throwing so they didn’t charge me to diagnose the issue. Fixed the issue in a day.
I am very disapointed, my wife stopped in on 9-27-25 to ask a question about her tires. The guy (did not get a name) wanted to argue with her and acted like she was bothering him. I have noticed the past few times she has taken her vehicle in they can't figure out the issue. When she tries telling them what is going on she gets blown off (women). We had to take the vehicle back several times only for them to find something "new". At this point I have tried to call and talk to a manager and had to stay on hold for 30+ minutes... read more
Highly recommend the Zolman Tire Team for all things with your vehicle. We currently used them for oil changes, the quality & price are unmatched. The customer service from Jill was 10/10. We traditionally take our vehicles to dealerships but were over dealing with dealership B.$. So we had a few questions over the phone - she answered everything from pricing, expectation and scheduled us for the same day. Great service! Thank you Zolman!
