First and last time I ever go to this place. I knew I should’ve went to discount tire like I usually do.. I went in to replace a single Goodyear tire that blew out on me, was quoted $138. They told me to come back later in the afternoon because they had to order my tire but assured me it wouldn’t be longer than 2pm. Very disappointing experience. I came in for warranty work and was supposed to be out in one day. 2 days; they received an alternator that did not fit my vehicle. This happened the first time the alternator was replaced. No other replacement in the area.. except I made a call and found one. I asked to have my tire checked as it seemed low. I picked it up and drove it home to find out it was down 8 pounds. No attention to detail or concern for the customer. And, I bought these tires from Zolman's. Have been a customer since 1991. I purchased 4 new tires last week. All were covered in mud. Who sells muddy new tires? After spending $900 then having to go to a car wash and spend another $20. I am not happy. My floor mat was coated in grease. Talked to the manager, didn't feel he listened. I am going to have another tire place check to make sure I was sold new tires not used MUDDY tires.
Very professional. Took care of a tire issue same day.
