I called in asking for a mechanic to work on my Kohler Command Pro EFI engine. My business completely depends on my engine system running smoothly. They plugged in their scanner and machine wasn't responsive. Turns out, they found out one of my wiring systems had a weld broken from vibrations. Haha anyways, they are extremely knowledgeable and are very customer service friendly. They saved my business in Klamath and the drive there was totally worth it! I would highly recommend them.
Nice people and very honest IMO. Could not fix our mower for a reasonable price due to the age and conditions present, so did not even charge us for the analysis. We will be back if we need anything else! Thank you!
So nice to go into a shop that is clean, well maintained with knowledgeable staff. I took my 12 year old Toro mower in for it's first service - I know - They were great, timely and my mower works really well. They educated me on when to get next service, the "non-ethanol" gas to use - who knew - and how to check the oil. Overall, great experience with friendly, service-oriented staff. Highly recommended.
