No real issues. They have done well enough in performance. Always a little slow, but did a good job. Why the 2? I am being nice. If you do not have a complex tax situation, do not go here! They just sent me an estimate that preparation fee would double next year. Listed all kinds of services that are rather useless to me to justify it. Put more simply- if you are just filing taxes as a normal individual they were too expensive already and just doubled their cost. If you are a business...the extra cost might be worth it.
