All I can say is I'm glad they are finally going out of business. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They might have nice furnitures but if they don't treat their customer with respect they don't deserve any business. The moment we walked in I could feel the distaste in the old salesman's eyes after he saw my 3 year old son. This store has wonderful beautiful furniture. The old salesman with an accent was very rude, when we had told him we were just looking around he proceeded to follow us around like we were going to steal or break something, after telling him a second time he continued to follow us at a distance not letting us look on our own. It felt like I was in a prison and had to have a warden watch me as I visited my family. It was highly stressful to have the old man follow us around like we were stealing. We purchased several items from Tony at Zoli a couple of years ago, but just recently had reason to experience his exceptional customer service! We had an issue come up with our sofa well outside of the warranty period. We called Zoli and they actually came to our home, nowhere near their store, and fixed the problem for us with no service charge for the visit. Unheard of and greatly appreciated!!
