Great experience with Zola! After lots of research, we opted for Zola windows and doors for our new house. Could not be happier with the entire package- French doors, tilt/turns, lift/slide patio doors- all of them beautiful, well constructed and operate smoothly (uPVC used throughout). Also, great customer service. Endless back and forth calls and emails between myself, builder, architect and Zola to make sure everything was ordered and installed correctly and they were great throughout the entire process.
This place is a joke. Poor communication, slow shipping, and a complete failure to follow through.
I have used Zola Thermal Clad windows on two custom homes. One of these is a pre-certified Passive House. The most striking thing about the windows is the overall quality. They are beautiful and very well built with such a solid, bombproof feeling that it inspires the crew to install them perfectly.
