We love our Zola windows and doors. After a few years, the doors do need adjusting. I have managed to do the first two cycles, but it does get hard to do. I reached out to Zola and coincidentally they were sending a technician to my area and offered to do a free courtesy visit. During the visit, the technician managed to adjust our doors for us. I installed Zola aluminum triple‑glazed windows and sliding doors in my home about four years ago. Looking back, I should have invested in Schüco or another higher‑end German brand. To be clear, Zola’s products are certainly a step above many mainstream options available in the U.S., but in my experience they haven’t met performance expectations for a good window. During periods of extreme cold and high winds, we’ve noticed ice forming on the sliding doors and can hear wind whistling around the windows and doors.

I'm a custom residential Architect and just used Zola for the first time on a project. We just ordered and will be expecting delivery at the end of the year. The whole quote and ordering process went very smoothly. With a custom european window order like this, its so important to get all the details right for the order. Great experience with Zola! After lots of research, we opted for Zola windows and doors for our new house. Could not be happier with the entire package- French doors, tilt/turns, lift/slide patio doors- all of them beautiful, well constructed and operate smoothly (uPVC used throughout). Also, great customer service. Endless back and forth calls and emails between myself, builder, architect and Zola to make sure everything was ordered and installed correctly and they were great throughout the entire process.
