RecommendedSeven months into a shoulder injury with surgery, my recovery was slow-going despite faithful physical therapy. I was skeptical about acupuncture but my first appointment with Tiffany resulted in an immediate improvement in mobility, and over the next 24 hours, a dramatic improvement in swelling and pain. The subsequent visits did the same. I am a convert and wish I had done this months again.
The spa here is amazing. I used to think of massage as a luxury but as I've gotten older, I've discovered the benefits of massage as therapy. I've tried so many massage therapists in my search for healing, and Angela is the best. She really listens to your needs and cares about your experience. The infared sauna, the essential oils and even the tea in the lobby - it all adds up to a relaxing, healing visit. Still luxurious, but also just really necessary.
The clinic is beautiful, Noa the owner is knowledgeable and very passionate, prices are fair and the treatment is amazing!! I always feel so much better after treatment. Don’t forget to check out her tinctures! She gave me one to help stabilize my mood and sleep. I suffer from insomnia and after taking this I had the best sleep! I can definitely feel the changes in my body and I’ve never felt better. Thank you Noa!
I’ve tried almost everything for my bad lower back over the years, but not acupuncture, as I didn’t think it was going to be my thing. I went in a couple of times to see Tiffany last week after a particularly bad episode & it was absolutely fantastic. My improvement was much quicker than just chiropractor or massage. Highly recommend this place & will put regular acupuncture in my wellness plan.
The people make this place special! Noa is a great listener and comes up with a plan, when doctors tell you to prepare for the worst. After 9 months I am virtually pain free. It’s a commitment to healing and is worth it!
