This company is so not flexible and does not try to do the right thing. I tried to switch from Zoho CRM Plus to Zoho One because their Sales Rep guided me on the wrong software to use for my use-case. Their Certified Partner then recommend to switch to Zoho One, but they charged me an additional fee instead of refunding the original payment and then charging me the fee. So I have paid double and instead of refunding me they automatically extended my subscriptioon to two years instead of one. now whenever I want to add users ... read more
