Even trying to get an appointment after a referral from houston methodist hospital Willowbrook is a very poor experience!! I had problems with very long wait times on hold, very rude phone people, unknowledgeable of basic info, judgemental poor attitudes, and office people too lazy to find out the right answer for the patient. I can't get an appointment without ternendous aggravation, so I'm going with a different Dr office. Definitely not worth even getting started. I've dodged a bullet....
Beware!!!!!! Save your money and time, Go Somewhere Else!!!! Horrible place horrible service and horrible treatment, they never answer their phones or return your calls, front desk is useless. Doctor is always on vacation , he never listens to your needs nor does he care to answer your questions, always has an attitude, also no one else can assist with anything if the doctor is away!!! Just Go Anywhere Else but here!!!
My initial experience at this office was fine and Dr. Abbas seems to be a good doctor. Unfortunately, the positive experience didn't continue. Just spoke with the reception lady, Maryna (spelling?). Not sure if I spelled her name correct but she is incredibly unintelligent and rude. When trying to get clarity, she kept saying I wasn't understanding when in actuality she wasn't communicating clearly. Anyone who says "I pacifically told you," instead of "I specifically told you," shouldn't blame communication on a patient. But... read more
