Zoey requests photos/videos, yet doesn’t respond to follow-up texts or phone calls. I contacted her after two weeks of no response to me sending her photos and videos of my party ideas and she says, “ oh, let me check for them and call you back”. SHE asked me to send them, yet she never bothered to follow up with a quote as discussed by phone.
