I am 39 years old and been practicing martial arts for the last 7.5 years. About 6 months ago I started to develop tennis elbow. I was dealing with the pain for a few months and just trying to work thru it. Even driving my vehicle would hurt my elbow. I have known Ashley for 10 years and spoke with her about my injury.
