Very Friendly and kind, great customer service.
Let me start off by saying the store has small town charm and wonderful gifts for children. I've been to Zoe's Nook several times while visiting my daughter in Nebraska and purchased gifts for my grandchildren. Today there was cigarette smoke wafting throughout the store. I mentioned it to the store clerk and was informed it was the business owner in the back smoking. We were told to come back in a couple of hours and he'd be gone. I regret shopping at this small business. The owner is so selfish. It's very unprofessional not to let a customer know when they cannot return items even if they're not opened. She refused my refund on a lotion
