Zoe's is a small, but many unique item, chocolate specialty store located in Waynesboro, Pa. (Our incredible little town!!) They are a wonderful addition to our small downtown area. We make a visit to the store every year when downtown has the Christmas tree lighting event, and occasionally throughout the year. (My youngest daughter loves that her name is Zoey too.)
