Dr. Twiddy became my doctor when my GP retired. Dr. Twiddy takes time to connect with me, time to figure out what meds I had been taking for years, and discern whether they were still doing as they were supposed to. She referred me to a specialist regarding my meds, and together we came up with a plan. When I had negative side effects Dr. Twiddy made sure we were in contact asap. She has gone far beyond the call of duty. I feel so cared for, and secure in Dr. Twiddys care.
The receptionist is beyond rude when asking for follow ups and just yells back at you. I appreciate the doctors but that is bad customer service
Absolutely no information is possible. I think some company upheaval is going on at the expense of patient care.
Looking for a family physician. When I call, nobody answers the phone. How can you trust a clinic when nobody answers the phone at 10:30 on the morning for your health is beyond me? Now looking for the next clinic LOL.
My late wife and I were fortunate enough to get Dr Nehme as our family doctor when we retired and returned to Ottawa in 2015. In the final months of my Wife's life, Dr Nehme was caring, professional and kind on all occasions, going above and beyond what he was required to do. We never have found anything to complain about.....either with Dr Nehme or the front staff....always courteous and caring as well.
