A big shout out to Zoellner Ford and especially Kyle, Chris and Tyler who helped us with the trade in of our old Explorer and purchase of our Explorer ST. Pricing was par with other car dealers, but it’s the excellence in customer service, the transparency in information provided, and the service provided after purchase that tipped the decision (by a lot) in Zoellner’s favor. Alway friendly service . I had a wish list of things I wanted in my new vehicle and my sales man Kyle had so many options for me to choose from . Very nice dealership to work with and from start to finishing was quite fast.
Great Dealer. Appointment for repair honored on a timely basis. Diagnosis of Check Engine Light was quick and accurate. Offered loaner vehicle if needed, but this visit it wasn't. Repairs were made as I waited.
Got me in very quickly for a battery even though I didn’t have an appointment. Replaced it quickly and even washed the car! Reasonably priced, too!
