I, have been going to Pete for 15 years. He is a great colorist and always listens. I am redhead, notoriously difficult to color. He gets me so close to my natural hair color, nobody knows.. I joke that he is my Shrink, because I'm always uplifted and happier when I get my hair done. He is so fun to chat with and can make a beauty out of a beast. LS
I don’t know if Crystal is just that intuitive but I am someone who avoids going to the salon because I’m a huge introvert and my last few hair cuts have been negative experiences. But my ends were getting rough and I did not have the energy to fix it myself so I bit the bullet and found a salon with an open slot. Honestly, Crystal did a phenomenal job.
