I typically have had nothing but great experiences here, but my recent visit was substandard, and I feel like I need to warn everyone so this doesn't happen to you too. We visited Zoe Pediatrics on a weekend, where the hours are publicly listed as 9am-6pm. I also know from prior experience that they are closed and go to lunch from 12:00-1:00. Trying to get any documentation from this place is like pulling teeth. Legally they have 30 days to transfer records. Called the Barnesville location a couple weeks after the request to transfer and they confirmed they got it. Gave me the spiel about 30 days. Blah blah blah. Called back today, over a month later and they transferred me to the Thomaston location because that’s the office that handles the transfers (apparently). Dear Zoe Pediatrics Management: I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by Nurse Practitioner Michelle Nowell. During our visit, my children expressed concerns about painful headaches, sinus/cold symptoms, and anxiety related to a recent incident. Unfortunately, their concerns were not taken seriously or addressed appropriately. No prescriptions were provided to help manage their physical symptoms, nor was there any recommendation for counseling or mental health support for the anxiety they were experiencing. I have tried for two weeks to get my son into the clinic. First was for his well check, last Friday 1/9/2026I was told everything was good with his insurance and gave them the information and they said I was good to come in. I scheduled a well check. Drove 45 mins for a well check just to get turned away due to insurance issues on their part. Called today 1/16/2026 for a sick call asking what I should do.
