It's been a wonderful and educational experience here at Zoe! The care is absolutely amazing. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Jane and the team.
Dr. Herbert is amazing but the receptionists here give poor service every single time. I spent the entire back and forth on the phone just to get a prescription faxed to my pharmacy, being spoken to like I was an inconvenience. I had to follow up 5-6 times for a simple fax just for them to then fax it to the wrong place. I literally only keep coming here for Dr.Herbert but the receptionists really need some work.
I love THE DOCTORS at this clinic, very caring and great at their job. My review is not a reflection of the Doctors that's why it's 5 stars. THE FRONT STAFF (minus Cecila) are the most uncaring humans I have ever encountered in a medical field, they are rude in their mannerisms and tone of voice, not to add so nonchalant with people's health. I wish I could skip interacting with the front staff for anything.
Dr. Jane is a very knowledgeable, caring, and well-respected doctor, and I have no complaints about the quality of care she provides. However, the scheduling system makes it almost impossible to access that care. * Appointments take at least **one month** to book. * Even with an appointment, I usually wait **over an hour** in the office before being seen — which defeats the purpose of scheduling. * If you lose a requisition, you must book another full appointment just to replace it. * Test results require another in-person v... read more
