I've had an amazing experience with Zoe, RMT the past 14 months. Her massage techniques are incredibly effective - she takes the time to understand your needs, no matter how complex. As someone who has undergone spinal surgery, she has helped with my recovery and I've noticed an improvement with muscle tension, range of motion, stress and sleep. Zoe's clinic is clean, claming, and professional. I highly recommend Zoe to anyone looking for an incredibly skilled, compassionate and intuitive massage therapist.
Zoe is amazing! I have been going to her for over a year and am always relaxed, refreshed and pain free when I leave. She is increadibly compasstionate, professional, patient and takes time with every appointment to consult and make sure to meet your needs. She has helped me a lot by working on areas that provide migraine relief. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with migrains and PCOS! She is a gem!
Have seen Zoe 3 times now. Each time has been completely amazing she is so consistent with the pressure that I like and is always willing to change if needed. The environment she presents is awesome and she makes it soooo relaxing in the massage area! Before seeing her I had an on going shoulder pain that I tried to get rid of with chiropractor, acupuncture and cupping but nothing helped. I chalked it up to getting old.
