Here’s the truth: I was with Zodiac/Safran since 2016, and favoritism is widespread within the company. There’s little opportunity for growth in entry-level positions unless you’re willing to dedicate your life to the job. Worked here since late 2016. Management is corrupt up and down stream. If you want to climb up the ladder you have to sell your soul just to deal with the negativity day in and out. I used to really care for this place, and I gave it my all. Unfortunately others who work here don't have that same work ethic yet got favoritism from upper management.
