Beautiful and peaceful, a gem of a community just outside of town. Management of properties are handled professionally; Jonathan is quick to respond, multi-skilled and courteous & prompt. Architecture by Legorreta was/is controversial the colors so enjoyable in the changing light of day.
Isnt this a stunning, stunning place ? Homes as well as three story condominiums. Each feels unique not cookiecutter. Colorful, a delight inside and out. Living in this beautiful environment of architect Ricardo Leggoreta feels lucky indeed. The majority of our homes and condominiums are of his design. And what a wonderful environment to live in. Like any community, we have our differences ! Living in this beautiful environment of architect Ricardo Leggoreta feels lucky indeed. The majority of our homes and condominiums are of his design. The last 6 condominiums, built 2025 however are not. That is a pity. Zocalo has two gyms, a pool, two event spaces and grills for out of doors parties. Last but not least, we have a wonderful maintenence crew that keeps everything so beautifully. We are lucky indeed to be a part of this vibrant community.
Jonathan Peugh , maintenance of all leases is EXTREMELY EXCELLENT in all requests, repairs, any random issue for the two plus years I’ve leaved here. He is prompt, courteous , and very knowledgeable. What an outstanding young man… Zocalo really scored when they hired him!
