It was great experience delivering load for them. Got unloaded it in about 40 minutes. Receiving guys and forklift drivers friendly, and professional.
8am delivery appt. 11:30 left the company. Got pulled in around 9:30. 9:40 they said they will start unloading but at 10 they have company meeting. 10:30 they came back but man, they are so slow. All this time waiting there and no restroom for drivers either. One guy told me to go behind the fence 🤦🏻♂️ 1h at shipper to load with 1 forklift and strap everything 1h20 min to unload with 3 forklifts working. That slow they are
Shipping takes VERY long! Got here at 10:30 did not start loading till 12:30… I would stay away from this company! Broker is citation they tell you one space when booking you get here and it takes up most of the trailer that’s why they want you to be empty when picking up!
We are very happy with the product provided by ZND and Alex Garvey. Our company Hurricane Fence Co. was looking to incorporate these with our Oxblock stands and they were able to provide us a solid fit for the product at a fair market price.
VERY slow to unload.
