Last week, I had a disappointing experience at the Znail, nail salon. I checked in using their phone system and requested nail fill since limited options were available. When I sat down with the nail technician, she started to remove my gel polish and old gel fill. She was going to use acrylic when I requested gel fill. I went to “ZNAIL” for the first time to get a pedicure. Julie did my pedicure, and oh my word! She made sure that my ingrown toenails were attended to. Gosh! My toes look gorgeous, even though I have a hammer toe. 😂 Great job!
