The receptionist was "nice enough." Everyone has their days, so I understand. Dr.A was also extremely nice, empathic and personable, but the entire appointment felt extremely rushed. I went in with a problem, did a few tests and was sent on my way, without my problem being talked about at all. No explanation or anything. My questions were answered with the bare minimum. Kathy at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. She helped my mother set up an appointment really quickly and made the whole thing easy and stress-free. She had such a kind tone and was great to talk to. Dr. Kathy Andreadis was also awesome. Very professional, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My mother felt comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely a great experience all around. 10/10
