For the price we paid — over a million dollars — the quality and service were far below expectations. We bought this home specifically because the plans included a lift for my elderly parents, allowing them to access the house without climbing stairs. However, at inspection we discovered the lift had been removed, with no prior communication whatsoever. The problems didn’t start there.
