It has been a long and frustrating experience. I kept getting delays and it ended up taking double the amount of time that was in the contract. They even had the nerve to fine me when I was a bit late on payment, showing no understanding, even after explaining the reasons for it and had been told by my guy that it  would be alright and they did not even meet all their requirements in the contract. Having compared other builders, walking through their display homes and perusing their websites, I am happy to say that Z & Me Homes quality, workmanship and finish has been exceptional. I was incredibly impressed with the completion of the house at key handover. The high level of communication and ease of the build process was first class. The speed to get the home finished was also very impressive.

The worst investment decision I have made in my life by signing with them. They completely changed after I signed up. They literally stopped responding my calls and responding email when I asked for anything pending from my side. I have called them and emailed them after 3 months again and then they said they don't have the required the documents from me. Even though they have received other communications from my lawyer. The process was very easy. They Custom built my home and did an amazing job. The site manager Tibor was the best we ever worked with. Tibor took us through the house 5 times at different stages. I was so happy with him and how he communicted throught the build. I would recommend ZandMe homes to anyone that wants to build. A big thank you to everyone from ZandMe homes
