This title company was chosen by the other party in the sale of my house. They missed deadlines more than once due to mishandling/not collecting proper paperwork from the buyer which resulted in the closing date being delayed twice. When they realized their mistakes they tried to get me to sign paperwork to void the terms of our original contract. We completed the deal more than a week after the original closing date.
