All I can say is that I'm very satisfied with the service. Very professional and nice people. I took my 7yr old to cut her hair.. she is very special when it comes to people touching her hair and instead of the usual tantrums she gets, I was suprise when they actually let her hair get cut and styled. Ladies made her feel comfterable enough to let them work on her hair. I also got my hair worked on and love the results. The place overall is nice clean. Although I was very unhappy with the customer service experience at the end. I went in to dye my hair jet black & the girl was very sweet but she put a brown hair dye on my jet black hair. I was interested in getting my extensions done with her as well. Not only were they expensive she said they were 320! Best quality hair. Point is I got talked into dying my hair & also allowing her to do my individuals.
