Looks like i fell i to the same bad luck category of having them assigned my home warranty claim. Had all my bathroom plugs stop working, showing open ground. Home has GFCI breakers. Took a while for them to schedule for first appointment, which Javier missed. Rescheduled after excuses and then came out and swapped my GFCI breaker with a new breaker and said good to go now. Plugs worked for about a day and then out again. I go check the breaker panel, and they used a non GFCI breaker. So i had no GFCI protection at my outlet... read more
Very satisfied with the service.
This company was assigned to me through First American Home Warranty for a breaker replacement at my AC unit. I had to call them to schedule and appointment because I never heard from them. The man answering the phone (I'm assuming he's the owner) was pretty abrupt and somewhat rude. He then explained to me that he's based out of Corpus (I live in San Antonio) and that he would have to get one of his Austin guys to come out. That took about a week.
