Top notch. I scheduled an appointment to have my lawn aerated. Zach texted me ahead of time telling me to cut the grass short or it wouldn't take. It totally slipped my mind and when they arrived for the job he told me we'd have to reschedule. He could have done it anyway, and it would have been my fault, but he did the right thing. When they came back, they spent a solid amount of time aerating, seeding, and then cleaning up. I had a big name service for almost 20 years doing this and not once did I get that level of detail... read more
