The crew better not be idiots, inconsiderate, rude or else they will be reported to the Dept of Buildings for the violations of their work and the sloppiness of these workers on site!
This scaffolding is such a hazard to the building and the adjacent building. Fire escape at the front at totally covered. And the 2 or 3 construction workers thats been working in 39-48 65th st Woodside were smoking on the 2nd level all the time. Not only they they are causing environmental pollution to the bad smoke coming inside the windows of the apartment(s) on the 2nd level. Smoking on scaffolding/construction are ILLEGAL IN NYC!!
