I hired Zach Wallace for snow removal. The communication was poor. I asked him to stop by to put the driveway stakes up before the lawn froze and he didn't show up. I foolishly paid him in full for the season and then with so much lack of communication and not showing up when he said they would, I asked for the money back so I could hire another company, and he wouldn't give it back. He did nothing. He never showed up. I would not recommend him.
