Dr. Cohen always takes the time to listen thoroughly and answer any questions I have.
From the front desk, to the nurse, the doctor , the receptionist at the end as well as the lab technician, my appointment was friendly, professional and easy.
Very kind people and will get you in promptly if you arent well. However Medicaid only covers so much so any referral I got to specialists weren't covered and the ones that did take my insurance wouldn't see me for 4 months and I don't have time for that ended up seeking my own specialists and paid out of pocket that I could hardly afford. Also it seemed as if my diagnosis was always based on questions rather than actual tests. Could be because of Medicaid.
