I had the best massage of my life with Joy. She really helped me relax and destress with the perfect pressure. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I own two F45 locations and push myself hard in workouts, so recovery is a must—and Zivel Germantown delivers! I’ve tried the sauna and cryotherapy so far, and both have been a game-changer. The place is clean, the staff is great, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend!

I love relaxing at Zivel. Treena helped me with signing me up for their Founders Membership, which is a great opportunity to check out a variety of services. I was most interested in their infrared sauna, and use that frequently. I tried their Oxygen bar which was a nice wind down to the day. Look forward to trying all their offerings. I enjoyed a hydrafacial from Joy- my skin is glowing. Check her out!
