Best family owned business I've encountered in years. I had so much silver plated items that I thought I might as well sell these heirlooms instead of paying a fortune to fix them. I called Zito's and he said "No, no, bring it all in an I will tell you what's worth while re-finishing and what isn't." So the following day I brought it all in. I just got off the phone with Zito. I had a few jobs lined up that I needed done and I was curious as far as the process went. He was unbelievably rude and accommodating. I guess since he s the only game in town he thinks he can treat his clients with that type of disdain. If there is any other plating business you can find in New Orleans I would suggest them first.
