I contacted Zito Landscape Design for a front-yard landscaping estimate. After briefly explaining what I needed, the initial receptionist transferred me to another representative. Unfortunately, the tone changed immediately: at one point during the short conversation, he stated, “Just so you know, all of our projects start at $15 K,” as if gauging whether I was worth his time.
