The Zito agency tagged my policy with Progessive underwriting for a "PV" (Policy Verification) review after i referred my girlfriend to them for new business. I live alone and we have separate addresses! They lost my business after that stunt. Of course they played dumb and acted like they had no idea, but the insurance company let me know it was my agent. They wanted to increase my policy premium to get more commission. Jerk offs!
