Live at the Narragansett Property - My girlfriend and I moved in from the suburbs and could not be happier. The apartments are incredibly spacious, super affordable, peaceful, and safe. Management is exceptional at communication and maintenance is typically same day or next day. 10 stars out of 5, we love it here.
Zitella Development should be the example for all landlords and development companies. Bobby and Nicole are amazing! They’re very efficient with their application process, provide beautiful apartments, and were excellent during the time of our lease. Their response to maintenance issues (if any) was amazing, they always responded immediately and sent out someone the same day. Bobby and Nicole at Zitella are wonderful people to start and they run a very professional operation. I rented at their 4019 N Narragansett location and it was a great apartment, well maintained, and should there be any issues they would immediately address them. One of the best landlords you could rent from and I highly recommend them and all their apartments.
Zitella Development - beautiful , clean , safe apartments . Great communication between tenants and land lord . We love it here and are proud to say we will stay as long as we can . Neighbors are great , Maintenance request in the apartments are easy to place and all of my concerns are always addressed in a timely and professional manner . I have lived in one of the Zitella apparments for two years. I am moving away but I recommend it for anyone who is looking to rent to move in to one of their buildings. They are clean, well maintained, they make sure everyone is keeping the place neat. They are quick to respond and fix any issues. Apartments are spacious, modern and quiet. I will miss my place on Natoma:)
